These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reviews Pro AI website at https://reviewsproai.com ("Website") and the reputation management services provided by Reviews Pro AI ("Service"). By using our Website and Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Reviews Pro AI helps local businesses collect more genuine customer reviews, respond to reviews faster with AI-drafted responses, and improve their local search visibility. The Service connects to your accounting software (e.g. Xero) to trigger review requests after paid invoices, and to your Google Business Profile to sync and respond to reviews.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription on one of our published plans. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate fake, incentivized, or misleading reviews, to cherry-pick which customers receive review requests based on likely sentiment, or to otherwise violate the terms of service of any third-party platform (including Google) that the Service integrates with. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including accounting software and Google Business Profile, via APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, or policy changes made by third-party providers that affect the Service.

5. Data Controller and Processor Roles

When you connect your customers' contact details (such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers) to the Service in order to send review requests, you act as the "data controller" for that customer contact data, and you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share it with us and to have review requests sent on your behalf. Reviews Pro AI acts solely as a "data processor" (or "service provider," depending on applicable law) with respect to that customer contact data, and will process it only as necessary to provide the Service — specifically, to send review requests on your behalf — and not for any other purpose. Further detail on our processing is set out in our Data Processing Agreement, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store account, business, and customer contact data as necessary to provide the Service, including data received from connected third-party integrations. For details on how we handle data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://reviewsproai.com/privacy-policy.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service, including AI-generated review responses, is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-drafted response before it is posted publicly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reviews Pro AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via email.
